I still love BBQ. Charcoal in the weber and a pork loin chop, some chicken sausages and a salad from banana chillies, potato and fennel bulb grilled and then tossed in garlic olive oil and balsamic.
One positive thing of working from home is better meals...
I think i've got Jinan, Larry (10-15 goes at it so far). Pork instead of lamb cause that's what i had.
Just need the salty flat bread !
Chilli salt fish last night.
Breakfast of champions
Rye-spelt sourdough
Compound butter
Brownies, and no kids, you can't lick the bowl.
The only time I'll have desert half an hour before dinner....
As you can see, my cooking has got a lot less ambitious now I'm cooking for one and eating less.
I love Serrano /Spanish Ham. Just fantastic.
Home made gozleme, spiced lamb + spinach & feta. Turned out really well.

It takes about 1 minute until cooked complete.
I'll get around to building a wood fired oven in the backyard one of these days.
I cooked brownies yesterday, was a packet mix, but made the 'compound butter' for it myself
