I still love BBQ. Charcoal in the weber and a pork loin chop, some chicken sausages and a salad from banana chillies, potato and fennel bulb grilled and then tossed in garlic olive oil and balsamic.
One positive thing of working from home is better meals...
I think i've got Jinan, Larry (10-15 goes at it so far). Pork instead of lamb cause that's what i had.
Just need the salty flat bread !
