I'm really interested in all of this and have been working on building a hybrid pot still with the option to add reflux if I so desired. A little bit about me: I've been brewing beer now for almost 7 years and have gotten really really into it. Fortunately, I've only had to throw out a few sour fermentations, which is what got me thinking about distilling. I always overbuild whatever I build, and will most likely do that with the pStill. The build, process, and final results of drink production is what I truly enjoy.
