Myles is a well known heavyweight contributor. I hope he finds a home here.
And to all the others that contribute that I can't name please don't feel slighted, you are greatly appreciated.
Each of you have a unique distilling story to tell and we all would love to hear it. Pick a thread and let it loose or start a new thread and let it rip.
I'm as curious as everyone else here about your distilling adventure.
This from a guy that sips homemade booze crafted from 62% Chinese swill with 4 to 6 plates and aged on oak for a few months. Done right its just this side of amazing. And, yes, it's done right. Three years perfecting the process yields a very tasty drop. Come visit me in China for a taste! More than one member of this forum has made the journey so far. It's not something that you will ever forget.
Well you never did finish the story about blowing the town up with the barrel of GNS...
that would be a good start.... B-) Last i heard it was delivered and on the dock....

I am missing Fester's China /sad/frowny face :(
The biggest problem is that everything seems normal to me now.
Stepping over a pile of trash to enter a really nice restaurant, normal.
Fireworks at 5:30 AM, normal.
A beautiful girl picking her nose in public, normal.
Utter and complete disregard for any known driving convention, normal.
People yelling into a cell phone, very normal.
Old lady cutting in line directly in front of you, all too normal.
I used to be able to report on things here that seemed different than what I'm used to but after living here for 3 years it all just seems normal now.
