Had more than one car look like a golf ball skin! You get tornados there?
I worked on a few of those in the younger days, not usually a production platform but while the drilling rig was on it. Sure brings back some good memories.
Drinking was not allowed, random drug tests were frequent and a fella could spend weeks out there without ever seeing a woman. Hum, forget that!!
I see you been spearfishing around the sponge flats and rocks! Those hog snappers turn out great if you do an almandine! I have a killer recipe for it. PM me if interested. =D>
I stuff 'em with herbs and bake em till they hit 170F internal temp, for some reason, Hogfish need this higher temp to have the meat fall off the bone... sheepshead, flounder, grouper are all 140-ish..
here is one a nurse shark tried to steal off my stringer... luckily, it only liked the belly and tail, I still got 2.5lbs of meat out of him..

Roasted this guy in August. He went good with the peach pie moonshine.
