Yes, after the new year. 135 liquor stores in the ft Lauderdale Miami area to start. Our Liquor license and label registration is all approved . They are setting up some resort accounts and cruise line accounts this week out of Miami. I want to stop and see you guys (and Mike C) When I come down. We will be introducing this vodka also. (don't mind the mistakes as it is a proof) Its supposed to say hand made not had made.
Holiday Wine Cellar is our online "store" so to speak. I know shipping will probably suck though. An FYI for anyone else, the gin was designed using the 380L 8"x6 and GB4. Unfortunately(?) the orders got too big to run it on that still and ray sold it. Can't wait to start running gin again on Lauras once it's here, already have a flavour dialed in and waiting to go.
Some people prefer copper. The look and it's ability to sequester sulfides.
This is for them.
The top side of the kettle is 5 mm copper. Copper benefits best when in contact with vapor. So we installed a goodly amount of copper in the vapor path.

Guys, don't panic, the pics only show wrong till I pass by (it's the EXIF causing orientational confusion) ;)

That rum job looks so tiny in the corner.
I know, right!
Even though it takes up a 6 X 13 and has a 1000L primary!

A copper deflegmator. Nice addition to a beautiful machine!

Looks great.
Is this a stainless steel part that has been external copper plated for decorative effect.
If not and is copper, why use copper as it as I understand has been shown to be of little process value.
This is an interesting still. Please correct me if I am wrong;
One still with two process options.
Without removal of any parts you can by means of the three way valve do;
Not much truth to that.
It's a heat exchanger, copper is more than 20x better at the task than stainless is.
100% agree that copper has better heat conductivity properties, but what about the pipework.

@richard yes you are correct about combined pot/column process set up. Check out my post of my 1000L with offset gin basket added. Works the same way
Please give me a link to it
