Give me your requisite demensions and I can price one up for you. Include the finish floor to bottom of dump valve on the parrot so that we can establish the height needed to simply roll your optimal collection vessel under the business end.
ok, I got measurements, Now I just need to go measure my wallet!
6" or 8" diameter
9' overall height
The condenser should have accommodations for a danfoss probe in the side about 25% from the top (3/4" NPT fitting, and the tubes separated about 3/4")
inlet and outlet fittings 1/2" NPT is fine
prefer a dog-bowl end cap on the top with the 2" fitting coming out the side (think of how the element port goes into a boiler, but upside down)
dump valve can be 36", but the parrot beak has to be 40" off ground.
base tank should be ~20-24" OD with open 8" TC on the top, a decent size fill/view port near the top, a 3/4" TC port on the side for cooling water return, and a 1.5" ferrule near the bottom to accommodate a racking arm from stout tanks, unless they want to do their own racking arm in 2", and maybe a sight glass like on these? 40 Gallon Hot Liquor Tank with Sight Glass.
the scalloped brush marks would be nice on the tank.
the tank to condenser connector would have the 8" end cap on the bottom to seal the tank, and the 6 or 8" reducer/elbow on the top for the condenser to parrot fitting.

Hi Michael,
Have a look at my cartoon to insure that I understand your description.
Once we get it 100% I'll send out for a real drawing.

I like those glass manways.... stop giving me ideas!
Standard on SD Australia stock boilers nowadays.

Cost more or less than SS?

cartoon looks nice!
The taller you can make the tank, and the shorter the coupler, but still have it function, the better.
thoughts on keeping it from tipping over? mounting bosses on bottom or maybe top, or both?
Sprayball!
The heat exchanger itself is a heavy dude.
Perhaps a bolted flange around the bottom circumference and a clevis hanger (or the like) To help stabilize at the top?
I'll re draw to increase the tank height.

sounds perfect...
@grim - sprayball in the dog-bowl top, or the tank?
Can pump fluid backwards thru the parrot connection for cleaning the PC

works for me, not too hard to just fill the condenser with cleaning solution when compared to filling a boiler..
For my own edification, what is the service life of a batch of cleaning solution?

Oh I mean for the tank
A Day to a week, depending on what it is, I would guess?
Better?

Yes, I love spending Cotherman's money.
looks good to me!
Finish is called perlage or perlee plate.

KK, I'll have the engineer put together a real drawing.

I can do the 8" version for $6400
6" version for $5000
Drawing on the way.

OK... let me measure my wallet ;-)
No worries, Just an fyi. We needed the drawings for the catalog.

Can the collection vessel be completely emptied? Unclear from the sketch.
The bottom is pitched.
Sorry I should have posted the drawing but driving now.

I was wondering the same thing and was thinking I would just specify when ordering... but @smaug is a smart man...
FYI, I specified the ability to add a small, commercially available racking arm to completely empty it:
"1.5" ferrule near the bottom to accommodate a racking arm from stout tanks"
worst case is I have to trim the tip of the arm to get the last few ounces out... which is good enough for me...
@punkin, wound up going with the all glass door. Should go nicely on the copper top :D
I hope I didn't de-rail this thread too far into off topic land. Sorry.
Here is the drawing with the 8" PC.
