Mill the grain for another back to backer. An Aussie ale with POR and Saaz and a tame Evil Twin backed off to 5.4%. The Evil Twin is one of my favourite recipes from Jamil.
@punkin I will have to give this one a go I just finished filling two kegs of bells two hearted sorta clones off to work tomorrow so will be nicely carbed for my return
1st coat of 2-part epoxy down, 1-8 days to recoat, so going to recoat tonight after the gift shop closes..
I used Sherwin Williams Armorseal 1000HS, $100/gal, 1 gal each of part A and B... It is what all the breweries around here use, it is $100/gal... @FullySilenced told me about gaco-western products, but I was picking up and applying the stuff the next day, so could not check it out, looks like good stuff too...
I am a certified Gaco Western Contractor and have some flooring that's been down going on 30 years... Its good stuff when applied correctly... @CothermanDistilling Your Floor is Looking Good sir keep up the great work.... are you applying 2 coats? What finished mil thickness are you trying to achieve?
Yes, 2 coats, one primer, one top coat, but same product... maybe 10mil? The diamond buffer disc left a bit more coarse scratches than I wanted, so may do 3rd coat, hopefully 2nd coat is a bit thicker since less absorbed into the concrete. $200/coat is a bit of a bite on the wallet... and I have a lot of sqft still to do..
$200 covers 700sqft... per coat, which is the top range of the mfr specs... $0.29/ft.. so 2 coats with supplies $0.60/ft I know guys with $12.00/ft floors that look like rhino-liner/line-x, can't afford that!
Mike just make sure you put down a specific amount of coating per 100 sq feet... then you know you are getting even coverage and simi uniform millage...
100% solids coating will cover 100 sq ft with 16mils of rubber... any idea what % of solids your working with?
Most people can't work with solids more than about 70%... the viscosity is just too great...
Ran 4 strips. Scored about 12 x 5 gal various of wine from a co-worker. His dad passed and he was an avid wine maker. Getting the wine that's not good enough to drink anymore and see if it's any good.
Yes mate, no chilled too. Trying to get something others will drink, but i fear i have gone too heavy on the whirlpool hops at 2.3gms and it will have too much hop flavour for the Bourbon Girl.
I am getting ready for apple jack and kaluaha season. I have a neutral run going. Started with about 25 gallons of low spirits, about 45 abv and watered back to about 30 abv about 37 gallons total. Its coming off at about 92 abv. I hope I will have enough neutral to make it thru the holiday season.

How many gallons (or $$) to cover how many square feet?

Yeah me neither, we put down a second coat of sealer but it still looks a bit grimey. Water beads and flows nice though.
We should have ground the concrete, but then again we didn't pay for the sealer.

That will make great brandy
Basic pale ale Punkin nice and bitter. Little cane sugar and it would be close to Coopers.

Made my first single malt whisky mash. 560L at 1.050 from the 120kg input of barley.
We finished up at 01:30 this morning. It was a bloody long day. Lots of lessons learnt and lots of opportunity for improvements for next time.
