Plates After ...a soak overnight in some Citric/Vinegar wash....
I see I've a few spots I need to tweak up...:) I am waiting on some parts for my RSC, so I'm stuck idolizing the equipment for now.. Plz excuse the down comer alignment on the top row.. Seems they got adjusted before I snapped the shot...
What is your ratios citric/vinegar/water? @DistilliTraK
I'm usually too heavy handed and I don't want to come out one morning and just find SS screws in the bottom of the bucket.

Ruh-roh - it was 5 gallons tap water, a cup of 4 years old(long past it's date and prolly about half strength) white vinegar and a tablespoon and a half of powered citric acid. I only soaked it overnight and then rinsed well the next morn... They were rather filthy as delivered...

As for the quality control, I have not seen workmanship so good before in stainless. ANd everything assembles as directed too, and it firkin fits!
The milk jug stand continues to ooze a green goo from inside one of it's leg junctions, but that will cease eventually..
