This run is the first runnings from a uj 25 ltrs @ 32%+15ltrs of h20 in boiler
Run for one hour before taking off heads looking for a clean voddy that I can filter for a Freind
Personally with a background in fresh food, I'd chuck that out and clean and sanitize for a week.
Not a hope in the world I'd think about touching or even consider drinking anything that looks like that.

I assume its for rum, I don't make or drink that anyway.
I have hold back my comments on that, hoping that someone would say something... B-) not to be again the one, that is too smart alec...But, yes, I would certainly throw it with the container away. I would not eat food with mold on it, why would I drink something like that?

Because it adds flavor and has been done that way for a hundred+ years by the best rum makers. Molds and bacteria cannot be carried over to the distillate and this is little more (OK, a little more) than slopping back backset in an UJSSM to add flavor.
If Tan would not kick my ass for having that nasty crap I'd certainly do it.

Couple of pipe support clamps coming off the wall will likely hold the weight of the condenser and parrot. Nice to see you're up n running again.

My good batches don't look like that. I attribute that to my climate and my microflora since I am very close to sugar cane country.
