I've just checked through it and the killer for me is your table is be based on 60F or 15.56oC whereas I need a table based on 68F or 20oC.

Why not run them through an OCR? I've got a pretty good equation but I'm guessing it probably isn't accurate enough for your purposes.
not sure if you can use this or not? I use it to correct truck load volumes by temp. It may not be accurate enough for what you are looking for.

Edit: yes, there is a big area of white space where the table opens, look right or down and you will find data
