I'm going to put down money on the new product being a crystal dragon with integrated and controllable LED lighting on each plate. An optional add-on will be a controller that lets you synchronize the color patterns with iTunes and Pandora.

Back to distilling.
Following this with great interest as I'm planning to continue with my 8".
I read this article just yesterday that mentioned distilling at 105-115f. It sounds like the vacuum decreases the evap temp... Its on the internet from the NYTs so it must be true, right?

The new Khaleesi Plates? they go both ways... and they look good doing it... :))
Two many cone shaped bubble caps on top and two well rounded shapely cups on the bottom side.... :-O
Perferat plate with incorporated bubblers/drain/downcomer cap , best of both systems in one. Double distill on each plate.

We actually do have LED kits in the works, they dropped off the radar a little but they are out there for the Dash series at least.
