@kapea I found that with the glass sections on the crystal dragons they haven't been cut square. So rotated them until I found the sweet spot and maked and numbered them with black marker.
Pot still run. Today's run is a double-distillation for slowly collection final spirit from All Bran Low Wines. There are no components left from my original pot still (except for boiler and controller). The chunky piece of stainless steel on the diagonal with the two clear hoses is a StillDragon Big Baby shotgun condenser that I also use on the tall still. In fact all but one component you see here is used in my CCVM still. The idea has been for a completely modular system with the minimal number of components to configure to the type of still required for the job.
Thinking infusions... I have a source for some great native botanicals. I have an idea for a carter? head? using two 2" tees and a couple of extra endcaps I have kicking around... see diagram... didn't draw in the basket but I figure you'd know where.

Familiar looking design, sure i've seen it somewhere...
Yeah, I understood it would be nothing new design wise. I have a source for Lemon Myrtle and Aniseed Myrtle and the local markets will be a good source for all the interesting Asian herbs and spices to try.

Is it just me or has that thing got a mean lean to it?
@zzyzx no worries. I'm sure you will work it all out soon.
@Nardy it looks that way. the leaning tower of stainless :)
Yeah, mine does that too. No matter how tight you crank those triclamps down, the metal still leans.
A bit of strategic buttressing will straighten that bad boy right up.
I'm more like I am now than I was before.

The photog isn't straight or isn't plumb?

Looks good. A simple pot still. I like it.
You'd probably have better luck if you moved the collection jug under the outlet pipe though... ;)

a different angle with plumbing hotness..
