I was wondering if anyone has a list of chemicals and chemical compounds that are in an all grain mash as well as the ones that would show up in a distillate. Any help or direction would be great.
grim after many hows and lots of google searches i got thru that research paper thanks again . once i read the entire paper i learned the info i needed was between page 9 and 50 . very interesting read .

Yeah, lots of futurist mumbo-jumbo in there I should have warned you about. The bibliography provides a good list of references for more research into the specific constituents of whiskey.
If you are trying to fast age the spirit / distillate, why not just put it back into the kettle and depending on the spirit type, raise the temp to approx. 60 deg C and agitate it at almost max RPM for approx. 6 days.

so do you think the machine they talk about is for real or is it something that could possibly make some day

To me it seems easier to adulterate spirit to emulate older or rarer spirits than building from scratch.
