Hello from Tasmania

Hi all,

Just recently found these parts and recognised a few people from around the traps, thought I'd better spin by and see what the go is.

My background is mostly food & pharma tech, R&D, manufacturing and process engineering.

So far the only thing I've got right on my still are neutrals but I've been stockpiling ingredients for a while and reading plenty so my next challenge is rum and then spiced rum. After that I expect it will be Gin.

I look forward to catching up with some old familiar names and meeting some new ones.
