Hi, Is the SD PRV adjustable? From memory it's factory set to release at about 10PSI/14.5mpa/1 bar on pressure.
I want to release at half that pressure.
Don't know about the SD one, but with the newer generation variants you can reduce the blow off pressure by unscrewing the top
Yep.
Can calibrate the cracking pressure with a pressure gauge in the line up.
Some of them have a lock nut / spanner so that the adjustment can be locked down after calibrated.

I bought one of these that works well. We calibrated it to 1.15 bar the only bad thing is it isnt a vacuum valve.

Hi. May I ask why you set it at 1.15 bar. I would have gone to about 0.65 bar gauge.
This illustrates reasonably well:

Also, bunch of gaffs. But gets the job done with respect to intended purposes.
Purpose? Oh! Well,,,,safety is sexy.
