Keeping 190 Proof Going

Hi all,

I currently run a 100 gallon Double Dragon with 16 plates split into to columns.

I can hold 190 for about 1/3 of the run and its a little under a gallon an hour. I cant add more plates because of height restrictions but I was thinking of adding some packing between the top plat and the dephlegmator and I am looking to see if anyone has had any luck with it or should I just figure out a way to add 4 more plates.

Are you pumping the reflux from second column back up to the top of the first column or back into the boiler?
