I Need Someone To Do A Small Graphic Design Job

I need a chrome guard done for the mudguard of my bike to stop me scratching the paint with my shoulder bag. I know what i want, i need a dragon of course.

I just don't have the skills to work photoshop to make a paper template of the design i want in the dimensions i need.

I do however, figure there's someone here who does have the skills and can knock it over in half an hour.

Was thinking of this pic as a basis, and just expanding it to a scaled print over a couple of pieces of paper to suit the size and shape i need.

I have a world class custom bike builder who is willing to make the piece, but i can't draw it. :-??
