Can you have a Distillery with a tasting room and in another building a Cannabis grow in California?
I am going to assume, no. The casinos in Las Vegas are scared of any guest bringing legal cannabis onto their premises, because it is still federally illegal, and they could possibly lose their gaming license. I am going to suggest that any cannabis grow op be operated by a distinctly separate corporation, and not on the same property as the distillery.
It's been several decades since I took geography in elementary school, but back then Las Vegas was in Nevada not California, IIRC.
I'm more like I am now than I was before.
@Kapea, its true however its just an example of something running under a federal license. If the distillery does whereever its situated the example is still valid.
