Neat. I would still want at least a bit of copper in the lyne arm to scrub any residuals.
@RobertS most modern stills don't have a traditional lyne arm, but they do have a path up (column) and down (condenser). Current wisdom is you want some copper in the column (up), but not on the path down where it might contaminate your product.
What do you call the arm connecting the up to the down? I still think of it as the lyne even though it's just 1.5" stainless going straight across from the head to the condenser.
An 180 degree bend, and it shouldn't be made from copper.
