Pump Advice

Hi,

I am running a 100L boiler and a 5 plate ProCap 4" Dash. I am using the Super Dephlegmator and a product condenser and I am having issues getting the right size pump to pump my cooling water.

Before I spend again on another pump, does anyone have an idea of what liters per hour pump works and feeds enough water to the Super Dephlegmator and my product condenser?
