Just bought a Pall filter housing as per @grim s suggestion and spoke to a Pall rep who was very helpful to someone not very knowledgeable on the subject.
@grim Yes he did. Waiting on the data sheet Although my haze problem has disappeared with careful proofing at 45%. Made an offer on a 10" housing and got it go $90.

It's the first time I've seen a cartridge suitable for chill filtration in a Code-7/AB style filter.
Significantly easier to use than traditional plate and frame, especially for small distilleries concerned about product losses in filtration.
The only challenge, it's a damn 20" cartridge.
