Good Morning all,

Just wanted to put up a quick intro. My name is Tim, and I have been brewing beer for just short of a decade now, and want to take one more step to becoming a complete creator of fine things, lol.

I have been reading a few other forums for about 6 months now, and will start my pot still build over the Thanksgiving holiday. Just ordered a few parts from the NAmerica store to get the boiler taken care of, so I can move to the condenser, then to a simple, yet what everyone tells me is a tried and true pot still head.

I hope to keep learning and growing as I read more and ore about this endeavour.

Today, while at work, I will start putting together a note book that will include the different guides to making cuts, Zbob's how to run a potstill, and the user manuel for the SD Dash, that I read most of last night.
