Elements (Help from the Pro's please)

Hi All,

I need a little help, actually it is quite major! We have a 380L pot still with all the bits apart from the elements. We will be distilling from NGS 96% adding water to ensure the end result is around 40%. We have 5 element ports on the still. We will be starting at room temp (no warm water added). So this maybe really cold as the still is in the workshop and there is no heating. So am I right then in saying the start temp is 0°C 'ish and we would want to get to 86-89°C? I was also asked the startup time by the manufacturer of the elements. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
