Anyone heard of the big guys doing this sort of thing?
Some of the large breweries I worked on used recover quite a lot out of their C2O systems off the fermenters.
What about bond stores? You could actually market the angels share. Anyone doing it?

Would imagine the big guys would care about it as a way to eliminate whiskey fungus.
Would be very costly to build a completely hermetically sealed warehouse with some pretty impressive vapor condensers.
Probably not cost effective, but who knows. The angel share volume is pretty significant.
but having the vent to the warehouse go through a 'dehumidifier' or sorts might pull out a lot of liquid... if you had it recover it's own heat after cooling, it sounds like it could be low overall cost so someone one losing a hundred gallons of whiskey a day in angels share...
