So today learned something I'd like to share.
Talking with a guy about pickle stainless steel welds with phosphoric acid, so he says why not use a stem of rhubarb cuz its a natural source of phosphoric acid..... so of course gotta try it and by dam it takes rust off stainless like magic.....

So here a update its not phosphoric acid thats in rhubarb its actually oxalic and malic acid ....
Finding acid seems far easier than rhubarb. Besides, if I had some nice rhubarb, I’d make a nice strawberry rhubarb pie. Speaking of, we are in season so maybe I need to visit the farm store.

Thats true but in a pinch it works . Rhubarb wine is a huge favourite too
