GNS Run time

Hi all,

I started running my first GNS run for my vodka yesterday. I filled my 100 gallon with 35 gallons of 80% and watered down to 40%.

My question is how long does it take lol.

I've been pulling 190 since about 3:30 yesterday afternoon. I just cant seem to find the right configuration to to have a faster stream without sacrificing proof.

Any thoughts?
