Just multiply the alcohol you have by the litres. So a 5% beer will have 2.5l of total alcohol available, you won't get 100% recovery though. A 10% rum wash will have 5L. a 15% grape must will have 7.5l. A 40% low wines charge will have 20l of alcohol available.
What that means is that there will be 9ltrs at 100%. Your still is not capable of 100% so, depending on the number of plates or packed sections, how you run it and what product you want it will be a derivative of that.
So if you take off at 80% abv, get a litre of heads and 2l of tails you'll have roughly 6l of available alcohol for hearts, at 80% that will be 7.5l. Water that down later to 40% and it will be 15l of hearts.
This is napkin maths here so don't fix your goals on this but it will give you a range to expect.

Collecting at what abv? 90ish gets you 1.5 to 2 liters depending on your point of view.
