I am going over the label requirements of exporting from the UK to the EU as I have an opportunity to correct this oversight on my current label batch. Namely the use of the estimated symbol (or lack of in my case) and the height of the figures and letters for the alcohol percentage and the volume.
I have come to the following conclusions and wondered if it was in line with others:
Exciting stuff for a Sunday.
Has anyone else confirmed the same?

Any professional label printer will confirm the exact requirements for you.
The estimate symbol is an actual symbol not an e so not available on all font groups.
yes, its MS word uunicode 1202 or something.. its a good point you make though, I will throw the question to m printer and feedback to my designer (who is a school teacher in athens with little industry experience ;-)

Berkshire labels.. they do print spirits for quite a few m8
