Hi team,

I stumbled across this forum when researching some gin topic so I thought I would join in on the conversations.

I am running a 5 plate bubbler with a 500mm packed section. I am currently focusing on making some neutral spirits for experimenting with some gin macerations. I found a manual on Gin, the StillDragon Way, which has given me a lot of inspiration.
