I built the SD power controller kit and am trying to measure the power coming trough. I first installed a bayite AC 80-260V 100A BAYITE-PZEM-061 LCD Display Digital Current Voltage Power Energy Multimeter Ammeter Voltmeter with Current Transformer CT and got nothing. Then I tried an amp meter - nothing, I'm guessing its because of the wave flattening. I know power is going thru it because I installed a small fan and it is running. Any one know how to measure this flattened or shifted power? Thanks.

Measure the power on the input to the SCR, not the output of the SCR.
Pretty sure there's a diagram in the controller thread

Not sure about your build but I have installed the Volt/Amp-Meter from Auber and it works like a charm post SSR
They do work. Make sure the wires are separated only wrap the active wire in the pick up coil.
