Hi All,

Thanks for the addition, I've been distilling for about a year on a homemade pot and VM still primarily making whisky rums and neutral, but am considering the change-up to a Bubbler system pending some funding approvals from minister of war and recreation. I look forward to learning a lot more from you all and maybe one day push down the path of a commercial operation.
