The version with the white field for the text. I'd put the word Distillery above the address. As it is a billboard I'd ditch the webpage address; who has time to when they're driving past to read and remember a webpage address?
You might be able to up the return on investment if there is a clear call to action: Visit us? Visit our website? Hey! this is our brand? Guess it depends if it's simply marketing awareness, or a long running sales pitch reason-to-purchase.
The design of the middle is definitely the winner, the slash works with the descending order of heights in the photo. You might try it with the black text on white, I don't know how much of the eye-catch is the color vs the good layout.

The location in white text on the red background is easier to read.

They all look great, I prefer the white text on black (top).
I don't mind the web address, but ditch the FB and Instagram icons to clean it up a bit.
The middle one. Eyes are drawn to the red text field, then flow through the red drinks to the bottle.

Yeah I change my vote to the middle. The red is eye catching, and the logo is more prominent. Just more pop.
