Micro Distillery in Toronto, Canada
Has anyone here started up a distillery or looked into doing it in Toronto or elsewhere in Canada?
My mate is moving from Chile back to Canada and is interested in what it takes to set up a small distillery. I will make certain he buys SD gear when he does.

Not in Toronto but I spoke with a distiller in Ontario - Wolfhead Distillery. He was open to talk to people & I'm sure you buddy could talk to him.
There's another one by Niagra Falls - Polonee Distillery
We're in Saskatchewan, we need more distilleries here , to my knowledge there are only 3 of us here that distill our own alcohol and don't buy gns , we need more real distilleries . Tim
