Plates starting to load at the top?

How can they load starting at the top?
In my plated column, its always the bottom plate that starts to load.
@rumsponge,
They load from the top because that is where the reflux condenser knocks down the initial vapor.
If yours loads bottom first, it's because the material in the lower section is cold enough to create phase change.
The latter would not likely load all of your plates in uniform order unless you only have two plates.
