Friends are great
I have been sitting on this bottle for a few months due to life drama and actually forgot about it. i thought the nanny and her com padres had swilled it all away for me to never grasp the fruitful tang which i assume this will be.
A friend of mine traveled to Europe only to come back with this very nicely presented bottle of pear schnapps i have been looking at the web site which says they are 200 yrs old and have obviously made it through many rough times
thought i would share the distillery with you all so you can have a good look into what i would love to create at home eventually

i really like the bottle and it goes without saying i will open this with friends

Yes yes, the Austrians and their Schnapps. Williams Pear is great, they usually put such a pealed pear into the bottle and let it sit with the Schnapps.
