Made a pretty alcoholic apple pie yesterday. Use vodka for the crust (substitute for water) and a very liberal splash of bourbon with the apples.

I've got this cookbook here at home, we have used a few of the recipes from it. Most notably 'Bourbon Candied Pecans' as we have a pecan tree and an abundance of bourbon.
