12" Column CIP and Rinse

edited December 2015 in Usage

Some video of CIP via column flooding - 12" column - DIY-PBW - Small amount of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate to induce more foaming. This is about 30 gallons a minute flow rate. Using the kettle to hold and contain all of the cleaning solution. Approximately 15 gallons.

Foam approach works very well. Probably need more flow rate to fill all plates with foam.
