By the way, there was a few month stage my 2 year old went through when she wouldn't eat anything that didn't have sprinkles on it. Went to the restaurant supply and bought a 5 pound box. Damn things went on everything.
My mate used to complain all the time about his kids eating all the leftovers he was saving for his lunch the next day. Always complaing there was nothing left in the fridge after the gremlins had mowed through there.
He reckoned they'd eat shit sandwiches if he suck them in the fridge and put sprinkles on them. Always threatened to try it. :))
Smaug, you told me that when you were in China, everything had bones in it. Are you sure that you didn't accidently have Punkin's fingers next to the bone-in pork?
Looks awesome. I did a 15 lb brisket a few weeks ago. Smoked it for the first 8 hours to 165 degrees then wrapped it for the last 2 hours until it hit 195. Cut like butter.
Reusing an old rusty hot smoker i haven't used for years tonight as a thai street food style BBQ.
Got a really nice pork neck (scotch) yesterday and sliced it then marinaded in honey/soy, char sui, garlic and szechuan peppercorns ofr 24hrs then threaded on skewers.
I'll try to remember to take some piccies later, but damn i'm looking forward to home made sticky pork street food style.

I can not believe this is a real thing.
Real and popular, every kids party have them.
But we wonder what the deal is with peanut butter and jelly !
Try it on an 6 yo and see how stupid they think it is :)

Is it the peanut butter, the jelly, or the combination?

LoL
I call these "Punkin's Fingers". Similar to say,,,,fish sticks,,,,but different.
Though I must confess these are imitation.
The real "Punkin's fingers" are not boneless and no doubt are more thoroughly cooked (charred) to perfection.
