Lime from the neighbours tree. It's cropped HEAVILY this year for the first timew for years. We are njoying the fruit on just about everything. Bourbon girl drinks UJSM, soda and a slice of lime, so she's having heaps and i'll be preserving some this week for cooking.
3 kilos of Caraway and red wine salami. Half being cold smoked this morning before being air dried and the rest plain air dried. They're sitting on a maccas tray for scale.
I'll probably have some rabbits next time I stop by if you like. Hopefully it isn't snowing this time and I'll pick up some fallow too.
I've been in QLD for over a year and still haven't grassed a chital :(( . Bit of a missed opportunity.

We get a fair few rabbits round here. i usually leave them and look for goats. We love young goat here.
