Hello @UnionJack,
You have found the right place with a very friendly and helpful lot, should get you up and and running in no time.
Have a look around at our StillDragon Europe website, there is plenty of info hidden in our product descriptions.
First stop for for producing gin would be @crozdog's fabulous The StillDragon® Gin Basket Operation Manual.
Have fun!

Thank you very much for the warm welcome chaps! This is going to be fun!
There is SO much to learn. The search feature will be your new friend. I still use it. Just don't try and absorb too much too fast or you will forget everything.
Welcome
Thanks @FloridaCracker like you said so much to learn, its hard to know where to start lol! will try and keep a diary and share it with you guys.
Welcome @unionjack.
plenty of good people here.
Thanks @SDeurope, however as a newbie I'd suggest you get your head around the basics first before jumping into gin. get a handle on the entire process from fermentation, running your rig to making cuts - regardless of what you make - you will always do these things - understanding what's going on I believe is essential. To that end start reading The StillDragon® Dash™ Operation Manual (PDF). It covers a lot of the basics & how to get going with SD kit.
Also go through @zymurgyBob's great post Read Me First - The Very Basics of Liquor Distillation in the beginners talk section.
Don't forget to take notes & have fun.
