Hi guys,
Just saying hello. I'm new to this hobby, I have an Airstill and got my first wash on. Its just had the finnings put in so going to do my first run tomorrow.
Been thick brit hope you don't mind stupid questions.

I was a new brewer once and I drunk my first brew ,looking back it was horrible shit,but now I have a Ace and ujsm and fruit made washes ,I know what these guys are talking about ..
the taste of my apricot snapps just gets better every day,read learn ,brew, buy a Ace,brew some more read some more ,then wol what a taste.

Hi Popcorn, sounds like your happy with your spirit run, you'll probably find like I did, it gets better every time you do one, you never stop learning with this hobby and each time there's a little something you've picked up that make a difference :-)

Do you have a good whiskey recipe you can share? Is it an all grain recipe?

This is the wheat recipe that I have used. Then it goes on oak until the color/flavor gets to what I want.
