Watching it yesterday they said they will be having a feature next week on scotch distilleries in Tasmania. They have featured Lark before and will be again, don't know if they will be having other distilleries on there too.
Lark is doing pretty well winning awards for their single malt in Scotland of all places.

I caught it today. Impressive what those guys are doing. The had Lark, Nant and the other one's featured (sorry other one's, cant remember name's well)
Seems cascade was suppling the malt, but one of them was one of two distilleries in the world doing single malt from seed to bottle.
There's a guy who started a distillerey in Melboune that did some time at Lark.
And I guess these guys don't take lightly to you asking for a splash of coke in the glass, lol

It was towards the end when i was watching, but haven't checked out the rest of the show yet. Nascars kept me glued till bloody Ambrose crashed out when he was going great.

Hellyers road was the other name. They are a dairy that divesified into distilling These guys are smashing it in european awards.
