Without going into details I had some very minor issues with a recent order. I sent an email with my concerns and within minutes had a phone call from Larry. The guys at StillDragon went above and beyond with their prompt and fair service. I made the decision to go with StillDragon several weeks prior to placing my order for the same reason. No matter the quantity nor stupidity of my questions, the guys would respond with lightning speed with true professionalism. I am proud to say that I am a StillDragon customer and I plan to be for years to come. Keep up the good work guys!

In a past life I was a customer service wizard with 10 years in the archery industry so I know good service when I see it. These guys are damn good.
