They are rare collector's items now @irishman.
Going to be hard to find.
I use my small and medium copper funnel almost constantly but hardly ever use the large funnel.
They were inherently expensive and only really sold well when we droped the price to less than profitable.
And even then, they were slow movers comparatively speaking.
My best customer for the large funnels was an interior decorator (not a distiller) that searched high and low and could find nothing at all.. After shopping the market and inquiring about having some manufactured ,she soon realized that ours were a very good bargain especially for how sturdy they were. She bought about 8 of them and used them for lamp shades.
It is hard to spend money on slow movers when we struggle to keep some really marques items in stock (and in production).
All too true, we keep wanting to add more cool stuff and to do that we have to cull any item that does not sell well. Survival of the fittings fittest.
I think the metal spinning molds for the funnels still exist but its very hard to justify the minimum order to get them produced, if I recall its 200 pieces for the small copper funnel, 100 for the medium and 50 for the large.
I was disappointed they didn't sell better than they did. They were among our very first custom products ever produced.
@Sunshine that order also took me by surprise because she was so desperate to get them.
I saw something like that, a light suspended from a wire to a fancy fixture, many years ago over a pool table where a lamp was in a housing somewhat similar but the fine details are now lost to time. Suffice to say I won a few beers playing pool back then and the skill is gone but not forgotten. Was never a hustler but always enjoyed the game.
Haven't picked up a cue in a few years but I could still take control of the table after a few practice shots.

I use em all, the large one sits in a keg when i'm tipping 4l jars of strip into it. No harm in asking i guess.
Funny thing is that i've never really seen any StillDragon gear second hand. The beauty of modular i guess.

I still have the very first 2" clamp I ever bought. I think it came from Brewhaus.
Yeah, thought it would be a long shot...but you never know. Were they discontinued because of lack of interest?

A copper funnel is an easy build. OK it is not as neat to have 1 seam, as the spun seamless version but it is serviceable.
This was a steam clean to leak test with the steam venting through the reflux condenser and pot product condenser.
Medium and small copper funnels on the refill ports.
Well if SD decides to but another batch of the small one put me on the waiting list.

Copper funnels as lamp shades? I don't envy the poor maid, who can clean them every day!

How's that for changing direction of a thread? :D
