I am going to extend my range to include bulk spices and botanicals for the aussie customers (sorry no exports) i will be stocking most of the usual suspects, some quality salts, pepper corns, szechuan peppercorns, cinnamon and juniper etc etc.
I'm after some feedback as to what sort of spices are in demand from a distillers and also a home cooks view point?
I will sell in amounts from 100 grams to several kilos and i am after a stock list and anticipated demand for the different items.
Any input welcome.

Just a few I can think of
It is what you make it!
Juniper, corriander seed, angelica, orris root, liquorice root, bitter almond (hard to get this one), grains of paradise, cubeb, cassia, lemon peel, sweet & bitter orange....Guess where my interest is HAHA
when you say salts, are you referring to the condiment or for altering water chemistry?
good juniper is hard to get, reasonable priced vanilla beans... yum

I had a very positive experience with a spice called Mahleb. Think Cherry Amaretto. YMMV
I'm going to ask mama google too, but how do i tell good Juniper? And what points to less good stuff?

for me, it took a lot more juniper berries to get the flavor i was expecting from online recipe calculations. I think last time i ended up using 2x what the recipe called for. but that could be because i added them to the boiler after a week of maceration?
