DIY Controller: Wiring Diagram for 110V?

  If I remember correctly, the wiring is exactly the same. The one hot 120V wire goes through the SSR (just like 240V on one wire in other countries). I think it needs a lower value pot is the only hardware change. That's somewhere in the big DIY thread here.

  As @Myles said:

  Folks you need to pay attention to the datasheets. This is just an example but the United Automation PSR 25 says this:

  Potentiometer: 250K 1W @ 230Vac OR 100K 1W @ 110Vac.

  The potentiometer is part of the trigger timing circuit so it is a freq dependent device.

  The neutral wire just passes through the box - unbroken if you can. The ground gets a pigtail that grounds the heatsink and SSR.
