Hello from Canada, Manitoba,
I am currently working on getting a business plan set up to start a micro distillery. I have been distilling for 2 years now, probably one of the best hobbies you can do! But I am currently working on a quality control plan and I am not sure where to start or how one should be writing properly.
Does any one have one I can look at to get some notes from?

what is a quality control plan exactly?
Dunno if it's similar to a HACCP plan but I just did one up for myself actually. Do a search for HACCP there is a thread here with the resources I found that helped me build mine including a free computer program that makes the forms.
