Just getting into the hobby and I am Interested in purchasing a boiler, I dont know anyone that can weld stainless so I am looking to by a boiler that already has has a triclamp flange for an electric heating element , temperate probe, and drain. Would be nice to have a 4 inch flange for the tower as well but I can probably use a reducer if needed. Open to anything from 50l to 200l. Would prefer to pick one up somewhere in the midwest but I am open to shipping as well.

Sounds like you need to contact @Smaug for a milkcan. It would be perfect timing if you were in Australia as i have a customer wanting to upgrade a near new milk can.

Is shipping from AU possible? Depending on how much shipping is it might be worth it to me.
It would not be worth your while i'd think. Much cheaper to buy a new one from www.stilldragon.com

Yeah but there is that whole ending up in a database thing I am trying to avoid.
I'll pass your details on to him and he may well PM you.

Do you get put in "the database" for buying fittings? If not you could legally buy a beer keg and fittings then get a welding/fabrication shop to weld in the fittings. Just tell them it's for a home brew beer boiler. Alternatively you could get a weldless heating element, drain and temp probe and fit them yourself.
I don't know of anyone in my area that I would trust to do sanitary welds on stainless, I do have a couple of kegs laying around and I did my own weldless elements and fittings on my brewery, but I always kinda regret it. I am never confident that they are perfectly clean. So I was hoping avoid having to do it on this purchase, but if nothing else pans out that is the plan.
You don't need sanitary welds on a boiler mate.

I agree with @punkin here, anything that is boil or pre-boil (such as a mash tun) doesn't really have to have sanitary welds since the liquid will be boiled after (normally). The main place you need to sanitary welds is in a fermenter as little nasties can ruin your mash.
That said, I also second the buying of fittings (with avoids the database) and using one of your kegs to have them fitted to. Being in the midwest, you're likely to have some dairy farms nearby, which means there are sanitary welders that can help.
You won't get on a list for buying one of these
look at bubba barrels, I think they are in kentucky
I wonder if you could buy a 'mash tun' that looks kinda like a boiler... :-o
