Can anyone point me in the direction of a mill that can handle 500kg lots? Also has anyone any experience with pre-wetting @ 50°C prior to milling? I recently read an article from GEA about how they pre-wet to improve the safety rating of the zones etc.

I know 'the doctor' has a nice mill that he doesn't use gathering dust. May be worth contacting him and asking about it. I wouldn't tell him you were a mate of mine though. :))

I know a few of the craft brewers use Wolf Mills. They should have a model that will do the job for you. You'd need a mill with fluted rollers to wet mill. Less dust but much harder to clean a wet mill.
